Overview

PDC products are super-hard compound materials consisting of high quality diamond micron powder bonded together by unique cubic press sintering at high temperature and high pressure. They feature D-D covalent bonding between diamond particles and a firm combination of the micron powder layer with the cemented carbide. Accordingly, there are two main applications: PDC for geological drilling and PDC for oil and gas drilling.

PDC products are used for making drill bits such as core drill bits, non-core drill bits and reaming drill bits in well drilling, oil and gas drilling, hydro-geological drilling, engineering geological drilling and more.
