Overview

With sizes from 30/35 to 70/80, the SK series is widely used in sawing and cutting tools for processing stone such as granite, marble and reinforced concrete, as well as all kinds of construction materials.

SK grades

4 variants
01

SK-20 / SK-25

Regular shape, higher toughness than SK-15 but lower than SK-30, not highly transparent and low impurity. Suitable for soft stones, ceramics and light-duty processing, as well as places where cost is the main concern.

02

SK-30 / SK-40

Medium grade in the SK series with a quite regular shape, higher toughness and thermal stability than SK-20 and SK-25, and wonderfully pure and transparent. Used in sawing and milling of medium-hard materials where both tool life and cost need to be considered.

SK-60 / SK-80

Extremely perfect cubo-octahedral crystals, the most pure and transparent, with very high toughness and thermal stability. Ideal for sawing and processing of granite, marble and reinforced concrete.

Coated Titanium SK Diamond

Especially designed for cobalt, iron and bronze bond systems. After titanium coating, the TiC layer causes strong retention between the diamond and the bonding system, bringing a remarkable improvement in tool life.
