Overview

With sizes from 60/80 to 325/400, the SK series is mainly used in grinding wheels for processing ceramic tiles, stone, glass, tungsten carbide, PCD and PCBN.

SK grades

3 variants
01

SK-10

Yellow colour, monocrystal structure, irregular shape with sharp cutting edges, and balanced strength and toughness. Widely used in resin bond for grinding tungsten carbide, ceramics and gemstones. It has a longer tool life, but a slightly higher cost than SK-8.

  • SK-10 diamond
02

SK-15

Higher toughness than SK-10, yellow colour, derived from SK-10 with a more blocky shape. Used in resin bond and metal bond, as well as electroplated tools for grinding granite, marble, glass and ceramic tiles.

  • SK-15 diamond
03

Coated SK

Chemical nickel coated products in resin bond systems obviously enhance the mechanical retention between diamond particles and the bond system, greatly improve heat dissipation, and bring longer tool life and excellent surface precision.

Standard nickel coating: 30% and 56%.
