White monocrystalline micron powders MK-S100 and MK-S150 for polishing, lapping, PCD manufacturing and diamond wire.
MK metal bond micron powders are available in two grades, MK-S100 and MK-S150, described below.
Monocrystalline structure, white colour, regular shape, high toughness, concentrated particle size distribution and strictly controlled sizes. This product is suitable for polishing and lapping ceramics, PCD, stone, gems and more.
Standard nickel coating: 30% and 56%.
Monocrystalline structure, white colour, blocky shape, concentrated particle size distribution and strictly controlled sizes, with much higher toughness and purity than MK-S100 because it uses higher toughness and purity diamond as raw material.
MK-S150 is suitable for making PCD, metal bond and ceramic bond products, and for polishing and lapping silicon wafers and slicing glass and ceramics. In particular, MK-S150 is the ideal material for diamond wire replacing SiC in the cutting of silicon wafers and sapphire.
